Tv\u00e5 huvudst\u00e4der i Baltikum. N\u00e4ra, billiga direktflyg och hyfsad prisniv\u00e5 f\u00f6r en svensk. Men vilken av dem ska man v\u00e4lja, vilken \u00e4r b\u00e4st f\u00f6r en weekend? Vi g\u00f6r v\u00e5rt b\u00e4sta f\u00f6r att reda ut begreppen och r\u00e5da.<\/p>\n<p>Tallinn bes\u00f6kte vi f\u00f6rsta helgen i december 2011 och Riga nu i b\u00f6rjan av augusti i \u00e5r. Det skiljer allts\u00e5 n\u00e5gra \u00e5r mellan bes\u00f6ken och \u00e5rstiderna var de motsatta. Men vi ska \u00e4nd\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka vara s\u00e5 r\u00e4ttvisa och objektiva vi bara kan i v\u00e5r bed\u00f6mning. Tidsenlig inredning, mat och serveringspersonal. Underh\u00e5llning och g\u00e4stabudsk\u00e4nsla. I Tallinn heter den Old Hansa och i Riga Rozengrals. Men Tallinn har sin ringmur. Intakt och v\u00e4lbevarad. L\u00f6kkupoler och prakt. Tallinn har sin Alexander Nevskij-<wbr \/>katedral med riktigt smaskiga l\u00f6kkupoler, men Rigas\u00a0<em>Kristi F\u00f6delsekatedral\u00b4s\u00a0<\/em>kupoler \u00e4r av guld. Tallinn var billigare, men s\u00e5 var vi ocks\u00e5 d\u00e4r 7 \u00e5r tidigare. Men allts\u00e5 ESPA i Riga k\u00e4ndes himla lyxigt. Mat och dryck har p\u00e5 b\u00e4gge h\u00e5ll en prisniv\u00e5 under den i Sverige. I Tallinn provade vi en sp\u00e4nnande rysk restaurang, Trojka och i Riga mer internationella menyer.
