Skala och sk\u00e4r vitl\u00f6ken i bitar<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e4gg detta och \u00f6vriga ingredienser i matberedare. Mixa sl\u00e4tt.<\/li>\n<li>Blanda marinaden med kycklingen i en bunke eller i en platsp\u00e5se. L\u00e5t marinera i minst 30 min. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Tr\u00e4 kycklingstrimlorna p\u00e5 spett. L\u00e4gg spetten p\u00e5 en bakpl\u00e5tspapperskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t. Ugnsstek ca 15 minuter. Servera med jordn\u00f6tss\u00e5s, sallad och ris.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Jordn\u00f6tss\u00e5s<\/h4>\n<p>1-2 msk r\u00f6d currypasta<br \/>\n3 dl kokosmj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n1 dl jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r<br \/>\n1 dl vatten<br \/>\n1 tsk kycklingfond<br \/>\n1 msk r\u00e5socker<br \/>\n2 msk f\u00e4rskpressad limejuice<br \/>\n1-2 msk asiatisk fisks\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fr\u00e4s currypastan p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme i 1 tsk olja ca 1 minut.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 kokosmj\u00f6lk. R\u00f6r i jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r, vatten, fond och socker. Koka ihop 2-3 minuter.<\/li>\n<li>Ta fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen och tills\u00e4tt limejuice och fisks\u00e5s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Thaisallad<\/h4>\n<p>Vi brukar variera inneh\u00e5llet i v\u00e5r thaisallad. Gurka, tomat, strimlad eller grovriven morot, gr\u00f6n papaya, socker\u00e4rtor, haricots verts och osaltade cashewn\u00f6tter \u00e4r exempel p\u00e5 s\u00e5nt som kan vara med beroende p\u00e5 vad man hittar eller har hemma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dressing<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vitl\u00f6k<br \/>\nR\u00f6d chilifrukt<br \/>\n1 msk r\u00e5socker<br \/>\n1 msk asiatisk fisks\u00e5s<br \/>\n1-2 f\u00e4rskpressad lime<\/p>\n<p>Vitl\u00f6ken och chilin mortlas tillsammans tills de blir en smet.
