I augusti tycker vi att det b\u00f6rjar bli lite trixigt att v\u00e4lja resm\u00e5l. St\u00f6rre delen av Europa har semester i augusti, s\u00e5 detta \u00e4r h\u00f6gs\u00e4songernas h\u00f6gs\u00e4song. Samtidigt som s\u00f6dra delen av Europa \u00e4r f\u00f6r varmt f\u00f6r \u00e5tminstone oss. L\u00e4gg dessutom till regns\u00e4song f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga destinationer i t.ex. Asien. S\u00e5 hur g\u00f6r man, vart ska man resa i augusti?<\/p>\n

Island<\/h2>\n

Island \u00e4r helt perfekt i augusti. Varm och soligt blir det ju aldrig h\u00e4r. Inte p\u00e5 det s\u00e4ttet liksom, men allra b\u00e4st chans till trevligt v\u00e4der har man \u00e4nd\u00e5 just i b\u00f6rjan\u00a0 av augusti.<\/p>\n

Det d\u00e4r med h\u00f6gs\u00e4song d\u00e5? Jo Island har blivit v\u00e4ldigt popul\u00e4rt och turistm\u00e4ngderna har \u00f6kat,\u00a0 men bara man r\u00f6r sig bortanf\u00f6r Gyllene triangeln och de andra turistbussm\u00e5len, s\u00e5 voila, \u00e4r man helt ensam!<\/p>\n

Vandring Lapplandsfj\u00e4llen<\/h2>\n

Vi vill faktiskt inte peka ut n\u00e5gon specifik ort, eller ett specifikt fj\u00e4ll. F\u00f6r det finns ju s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga och \u00e4r lite beroende p\u00e5 erfarenhetsniv\u00e5 ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Bj\u00f6rkliden, Vadvetj\u00e5kka, Saltoluokta<\/a>, Arjeplog<\/a>, Ammarn\u00e4s<\/a>. Vad du \u00e4n v\u00e4ljer s\u00e5 blir det underbart. Och i augusti \u00e4r myggen borta eller p\u00e5 v\u00e4g bort.<\/p>\n

\"Vart<\/p>\n

Riga<\/h2>\n

Om man vill komma iv\u00e4g p\u00e5 en weekend i all enkelhet s\u00e5 d\u00e4r, \u00e4r v\u00e5rt grannland Lettland och huvudstaden Riga ett trevligt alternativ. Vi var h\u00e4r \u00f6ver min f\u00f6delsedag ett \u00e5r och gillade verkligen staden. I augusti sv\u00e4mmar Riga mer eller mindre \u00f6ver av trevliga uteserveringar.<\/p>\n

Namibia<\/h2>\n

B\u00e4sta tiden p\u00e5 \u00e5ret att bes\u00f6ka ”v\u00e4rldens b\u00e4sta land”, det vill s\u00e4ga Namibia, \u00e4r utan tvekan augusti. Det \u00e4r torrtid, men inte s\u00e5 d\u00e4r kallt som det kan vara i juni, utan mer uppt\u00e4ckar-v\u00e4der.<\/p>\n

V\u00e4l p\u00e5 plats hyr man sig en fet 4-hjulsdriven jeep och ger sig av p\u00e5 roadtrip genom \u00f6knen.<\/p>\n

Kilpisj\u00e4rvi och Treriksr\u00f6set<\/h2>\n

Treriksr\u00f6set vill man kanske till n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng. Som en grej s\u00e5 d\u00e4r, Sveriges nordligaste punkt liksom. Men Treriksr\u00f6set \u00e4r mer \u00e4n en check p\u00e5 en bucketlist. Det \u00e4r omgivet av fina l\u00e5gfj\u00e4ll, s\u00e5 fler vandringar finns och samh\u00e4llet Kilpsj\u00e4rvi som b\u00e5ten till Treriksr\u00f6set g\u00e5r ifr\u00e5n, \u00e4r r\u00e4tt charmig ocks\u00e5.<\/p>\n

Victoriafallen<\/h2>\n

Victoriafallen p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen mellan Zambia och Zimbabwe \u00e4r sev\u00e4rda \u00e5ret om. Under vintern och v\u00e5ren f\u00f6r de enorma vattenmassorna vars kondensmoln syns p\u00e5 kilometers h\u00e5ll. Under sommaren och h\u00f6sten kan man komma n\u00e4rmare utan att bli genombl\u00f6t. Kanske till och med bada i Devils Pool?<\/p>\n

Men v\u00e4ntar man f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngt in p\u00e5 h\u00f6sten med sitt bes\u00f6k, kan det h\u00e4nda att hela Zambia-sidan av fallen helt torkat ut och det vill man ju inte. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r utn\u00e4mner vi augusti som den optimala mellanm\u00e5naden n\u00e4r man allra b\u00e4st kan tillgodog\u00f6ra sig fallen.<\/p>\n

F\u00e4r\u00f6arna<\/h2>\n

F\u00e4r\u00f6arna har vi inte varit till \u00e4n. Men enligt samma logik som Island, t\u00e4nker vi att augusti borde vara den optimala tidpunkten. Kanske en dag kan det bli av att \u00e5ka.<\/p>\n

Reunion<\/h2>\n

Reunion. \u00d6arnas \u00f6. \u00d6n som aldrig l\u00e4mnar mitt huvud. Som en fantasi finns den d\u00e4r. Ligger mellan Madagaskar och Mauritius. En vulkan\u00f6 med dramatiska berg och enast\u00e5ende natur. N\u00e4r \u00e5ker vi? Ja, inte vet jag vilket \u00e5r, men definitivt att det blir augusti.<\/p>\n
